Catchbox Wireless Throwable Microphones

The Catchbox Wireless Throwable Microphone is a microphone encased in a foam block, intended to be tossed to adience members to allow for ease of collaborration.

This device sits on a Charging Pad Base when not in use. That Charging Base is generally located just below the Room PC at the Instructor Station.
When the Catchbox is removed from the Charging Base, it will automatically sync with the audio system in the room. It usually is usable within five seconds.
Return the Catchbox to the Charging Base, and it will immediately begin charging and de-sync with the audio system in the room.

Select the Mic Controls pop-up menu on the Touch Control Panel to access the Catchbox microphone volume control.
Catchbox volume should give a good sound in the 50%-75% range, and probably will not need to be adjusted, as the audio is re-enforced within the room.
The Catchbox Mute button is located here as well.

The Catchbox audio feeds to the room PC and Guest Audio Output for recording (such as Panopto) or webconferencing (such as Zoom), along with all the other mics in the room.
